CONTRACT CHANGES

Key Points:
  1. Section 15. 1      1% on schedule raise through 2016-17 and 2017-18.
  2. Cap raised from 22 - 23 equated hours annually and 11.5 equated hours in a term not to exceed the annual hard cap.
  3. Defined the calendar year as the basis for the hard cap limit of 23 equated hours.
  4. the contract still protects your collective bargainning rights until August 2018
