Attention AAFMCC Members:

As many of you have already and painfully discovered enrollments at MCC, indeed at community colleges across the area, are down dramatically.  This is causing a great number of class cancellations this fall.  There have been a number of inquiries about member rights when one or more of their classes has been cancelled or assigned to a full time instructor.  The rules regulating so-called “bumping (reassignment) rights” are very narrowly defined and can be found in section 4.8 of the contract (please see the link below).   Please note that as this link is to the MCC Intranet you may be prompted to give your password (same as for your e-mail).
